Quality cuisine is one of the highlights of our community. We offer freshly prepared meals daily as well as an alternative menu. Our chefs go above and beyond to comply with our residents wishes and work to make our holiday, birthday, special occasion meals exceptional as well.
Besides our in-house activities, Plum Creek offers our residents a wide range of exciting social activities. Some we surprise them with but we also discuss with the Resident Council on all outings to try and comply with their wishes.
Plum Creek residents were very proud to be in a competition with other Supportive Living Communities in a Wii Bowling match. Plum Creek residents came out victorious at the Wii Bowling State Champions in Springfield, Illinois.

Our unique programs engage our residents with proven strategies that strive to heighten interaction as well as promote a sense of purpose and accomplishment. We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident's capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs. Residents are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities based on their interests and abilities.
